As we enter the new year, it’s so easy to almost write off the past 12 months, with hopes the next year will be bigger and better. We’re all the same really, it’s kinda what we’re programmed to think – ‘onwards and upwards’, or ‘next year will be my year’.
For someone who has a weakness for all things fatty, wellbeing this year is more relevant than ever to me, and before I take a leap to change my whole outlook on my body and what I’m putting into it, I’ve been doing some reading.
I think it’s fair to say that everyone is a little bit over 2016. From shocking celeb deaths, to Brexit and the presidential election, we’re all kinda wishing this year was over sooner rather than later.
