I can’t believe Christmas is almost upon us, I mean, wut?! Although I’m more of a Halloween girl, I’m determined to enjoy a spooky-edged festive season and can’t wait to dig out my black Disney-themed Christmas tree come December.
Before that, I’m on the search for some gifts and I’m determined to get all of mine by the end of November so I can have a chilled last month of the year! I was so excited when EMP contacted me and challenged me to make an alternative Christmas gift guide, and I went mad for their Disney goodies… I basically need them all (for me, and maybe my family, but mainly me).
Have a wee look below at the bits I’ve picked out below:
I am Your Nightmare Tee // Stay Weird Tee // Embroidered Bomber Jacket // Mrs Potts Vinyl // Golden Afternoon Skirt // Jack and Sally Bag // Ursula Earrings // Maleficent Choker // Mulan Vinyl // Cogsworth Vinyl // Curiosity Mug
The Nightmare Before Christmas
I always get confused as to whether I should watch the movie near Halloween, or Christmas, but I think I’ve decided on Christmas over the past few years as I’ve been keeping it spooky through to December. I fell in love with their ‘I Am Your Nightmare’ tee, it’s definitely Christmas Day material. I’m also a big fan of their reversable tote, perfect to switch up day-to-day, whether you’re feeling more Jack, or Sally.
Pop! Vinyl Figures
I’ve been collecting Funko Pop! figures for a while now and after a stint aquiring some American Horror Story-themed ones, I’m trying to get my hands on all the Disney ones. I’ve been buying a load for friends and family lately too, and the new Beauty and the Beast ones are super pretty and ornate, making them the perfect gift for a fan of the film. You also can’t beat a classic, so why not show them all the love this Christmas with a Mulan vinyl?
Alice in Wonderland
Has anyone noticed the recent obsession with Alice in Wonderland?! I have and I’m fully invested. To be honest, I’m starting to think this gif guide is turning into a Christmas wishlist for me because I NEED THAT BOMBER JACKET. How beautiful is it?! The beautiful animated movie lends itself to tulle skirts and cute off-shoulder tops, making it perfect for a gal that loves to pair her love for Disney with her day-to-day wear.
Who doesn’t love a Disney villain? Maleficent has been a favourite for a while, and I fell in love with the super pretty choker EMP have. These Ursula earrings are also the perfect stocking-filler—Christmas is so magical!
Despite the fact that my Disney freak came out to play, EMP have a huge range of apparel and accessory alternatives themed by movies and TV, music and so much more. Take a look at their advert here, and if you’re looking for gift ideas for me (duhh!) I’ll be having everything from The Walking Dead section pleaseeee:
Have you started buying your Christmas presents yet?
