With the fashion crowd hopping across the pond from New York to take on London, the first two days of Fashion Week saw famous faces (Henry Holland), Quirky comebacks (Pam Hogg) and sublime accessories (Sibling). Let’s recap day one and two:
Day one saw the legendary Pam Hogg give a retro spin on acid brights as velvet became the striking fabric of choice, while Sibling‘s socks and heels combo came complete with ruched finishings on the calf. Alexa Chung and Daisy Lowe were seen on the front rows as Bora Aksu adopted stone shades adding fur focal points and accessorising with waterproof-frilled bonnets. Day two saw a certified palette bursting with prints and patterns; Shrimps showcased bubblegum pink two piece suits while Markus Lupfer‘s retro floral pieces charmingly matched one another. House of Holland took a fresh approach to layering to spring layering and Gareth Pugh‘s models stunned in striking star prints finished with halo-esque head pieces.
